Katherine Clark

I’ve been a Realtor in the Triangle for 25 years and when it comes to all aspects of our local real estate scene, I’ve pretty much seen and done it all. My professional philosophy is simple: the client comes first. Buying or selling a house can be stressful at times, and my job is to make the whole process as easy and pain-free as possible for my clients.

Many of my clients say that I make them feel like they’re my only client. I’ve been known to babysit a client’s children when needed. I’ve pulled weeds and cleaned bathrooms for them. I’ve meditated with them and sometimes felt like a marriage counselor. As a result, I have many repeat clients.
Having grown up in this area and raised a daughter here in Chapel Hill, I know the local market. I also know the neighborhoods, the top-rated schools, the good restaurants and breweries, and the best walking and biking trails.

I grew up in Durham and attended public schools there. After high school, I went to college at St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC. My first job was as a research assistant at Duke. Then, for reasons that made sense at the time, I decided to venture to Jackson Hole, WY. After one year in a frigid ski resort town, this gal was ready to come home.

I chose real estate because, at the time, it provided the flexibility and independence I needed to both work and to raise my daughter. I was classroom mom, Brownie and Scout mom, volleyball mom, soccer mom, you name it. That same daughter is now a college graduate.

Through the years, I’ve grown to love being a Realtor. I know the community and work well in the community and I work well with other Realtors. Please feel free to reach out to me any time. I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
